Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, the ability to manage client accounts, and the confidence to close deals effectively. The Sales Executive plays a key role in the growth and profitability of the company by expanding the customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert prospects into customers. -
Client Engagement:
Meet with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships. Provide consultations and product demonstrations as needed to help clients make informed purchasing decisions. -
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements in alignment with company guidelines and profit margins. -
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as set by the Sales Manager or company leadership. Track sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met. -
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer preferences, industry developments, and competitive offerings. -
CRM and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and deal progress using the company’s CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversions, and client feedback. -
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Foster ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. -
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience. Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and strategies.
