Fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Extremely strong communication skills and convincing ability
Capabilities to quickly understand new chemical products to prompt them to customers.
Capable to clearly and precisely document required data.
Responsibilities
To develop and maintain client relationships
Find new clients and bring in more sales while keeping track of existing clients and their orders.
Responding to leads generated by the marketing efforts including third party portals and converting them to customers.
Develop business relationships to build a partner network with other businesses.
Managing client relations through various channels including but not limited to cold calling, social media and more.
Properly document all progress with business promotion activities along with customers and prospects contact details and their preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and attending events.

Maintain and update client database and sales funnel regularly.

Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.
2. Client Meetings & Presentations
-
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, or proposals tailored to customer requirements.

Address client questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
3. Negotiation & Closing Sales
-
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Prepare and send quotations, sales agreements, and other necessary documentation.

Close sales deals, ensure timely order processing, and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and after-sales support.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints or issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to share with the product development and marketing teams.
5. Sales Reporting & Targets

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and generate reports.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ products, pricing, and promotions.

Provide insights and recommendations to help improve sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
