We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating group bookings from schools and corporate clients. This role involves cold calling, visiting potential clients, and fostering relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the education and corporate sectors.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to promote Camp O Royale’s offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the resort’s amenities and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an updated database of all client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
