Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at CBM Motors. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering the best EV solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers to prospective customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits, features, and cost-effectiveness of EVs.
- Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Identify and follow up on sales leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer queries effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle deliveries.
- Coordinate with the service and delivery team to ensure timely handovers.
- Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and showroom activities.
- Stay updated on the latest EV trends, models, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of sales experience (automobile or retail sales preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Passionate about electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
- Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred Qualities:
- Positive attitude and a target-driven mindset.
- Quick learner with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
