Education Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
• Freshers are eligible to apply

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Candidates with experience in Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS or B2B Sales will be preferred

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic understanding of software and technology products
• Ability to generate leads through calls, online research, networking and references
• Ability to conduct client follow-ups and schedule meetings
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable software/ERP solutions

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and online communication tools

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads
• Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels
• Understand business requirements of potential clients
• Present and demonstrate software/ERP solutions
• Schedule and conduct client meetings
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
• Negotiate and close sales
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
