Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and market research. -
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations. -
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver persuasive sales pitches, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients. Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services. -
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company. Monitor progress toward goals and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results. -
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals effectively. Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure contracts or purchase orders are completed accurately. -
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvements or new offerings. -
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review. -
Customer Support Coordination:
Work with the customer service and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, or installation of products or services. Address and resolve any post-sale issues or concerns. -
Participation in Trade Shows and Events:
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and build connections.
