Job Description

The role of the employee will be sales executive and the applicant must have technical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). The employee must be fluent in English as well as Hindi. The role also entails building and maintaining strong relations with existing and prospective customers. Collaborating with internal team to ensure smooth workforce and customer satisfaction. Being on time is a must and staying up-to date with market trends and potential competitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and market research.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
    Deliver persuasive sales pitches, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients. Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the products or services.

  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company. Monitor progress toward goals and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize results.

  • Negotiation and Closing Deals:
    Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals effectively. Follow up on sales inquiries and ensure contracts or purchase orders are completed accurately.

  • Market and Competitor Analysis:
    Stay up to date with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvements or new offerings.

  • Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.

  • Customer Support Coordination:
    Work with the customer service and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, or installation of products or services. Address and resolve any post-sale issues or concerns.

  • Participation in Trade Shows and Events:
    Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and build connections.
