Job Description

New Client Acquisition: Researching and identifying new business prospects and leads to expand the customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Creating and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting & Tracking: Maintaining accurate customer and sales records using CRM software and reporting on sales performance to management.
Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a smooth client experience.
Brand Representation: Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility and generate leads.
