Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Dental and Healthcare industry. The role involves promoting and selling dental and healthcare products or equipment to clinics, hospitals, dentists, and healthcare professionals. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B healthcare or medical sales and a solid understanding of the dental product segment or willingness to learn it quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Visit dental clinics, hospitals, private practitioners, and healthcare institutions to promote the company’s product line.

Present and demonstrate dental and healthcare products to potential clients, highlighting benefits, features, and pricing.

Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product advantages, usage, and return on investment.

Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines and close sales professionally.
2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide after-sales support, address queries, and ensure smooth product delivery and installation if applicable.

Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback, upsell additional products, and address any concerns.
3. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

Develop a strong understanding of the products including dental chairs, instruments, implants, consumables, hygiene products, and digital dental solutions.

Conduct product demos and training sessions for healthcare professionals and staff, either independently or in collaboration with technical specialists.

Stay updated on new product launches, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system or sales tracker.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.

Track sales performance against targets and take necessary actions to improve results.
5. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct regular market visits to understand trends, demand, pricing, and customer needs.

Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic input to enhance the company’s product positioning.

Identify gaps in the market and propose solutions or new product ideas to management.
6. Coordination and Collaboration:

Coordinate with the logistics, customer support, and technical teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with marketing teams during promotional campaigns, product launches, or dental conferences.

Participate in trade shows, dental exhibitions, CME events, and workshops to represent the company.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Sales Skills: Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B or institutional sales.

Product Knowledge: Ability to understand and explain medical/dental equipment and product applications.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport with medical professionals.

Customer Service: Strong client handling, responsiveness, and follow-up skills.

Presentation: Confidence in conducting product demos, presentations, and one-on-one meetings with healthcare professionals.
