Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate sales executive willing to join our sales team. They will be responsible for generating leads, taking sales calls, and achieving the sales target.
- Generating leads and reaching out to prospects. Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person. Handling and resolving client queries and complaints Strong communicator, both verbal and written

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Pitch and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to close deals.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline for future business.
3. Sales Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize sales campaigns.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Provide feedback to management for business improvement strategies.
