• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing.
• Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages
• Prompt reply to the email inquiries from B2B and B2C client
• Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages inside/outside UAE.

• Knowledge of different tourist attractions inside and outside the UAE.
