Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

2. Client Relationship Management

3. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations

Conduct product demos or walkthroughs, addressing customer queries effectively.

Customize presentations based on client industry, needs, and preferences.
4. Negotiation and Closing

Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, or contracts.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients.

Close deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Ensure all sales activities and agreements are recorded accurately.
5. Reporting and CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Track progress against sales goals and adjust strategies as needed.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
6. Market and Product Knowledge

Stay informed about the company’s products, services, features, and benefits.

Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Attend training sessions, workshops, or conferences as required.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
7. Team Collaboration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
