Sales Executive
Job Description
-Handle customer queries via call or chat professionally.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
-Follow communication guidelines and company protocols.
-Working days-6 days working, Sunday fix off
-Timings- 9'30am -9'30 pm
-Good communication skills required.
-Open to Male & Female candidates.
-Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and field visits.

Research and approach potential customers in assigned regions or sectors.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Product Presentation and Demonstration
-
Clearly explain the features and benefits of the company’s products or services to potential customers.

Conduct presentations, product demos, and consultations to meet the customer's needs.

Tailor sales pitches according to the customer's business, industry, and pain points.
3. Sales and Deal Closure
-
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines within company guidelines.

Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Provide pre-sale and post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Address client concerns or objections promptly and professionally.
-
Act as a point of contact between the client and internal departments (e.g., delivery, support).
5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems or company databases.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager.

Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
6. Team Collaboration and Training

Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to improve the sales process.

Participate in internal sales training sessions and workshops.

Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products and services.
