Job Description

Sales Executive for JIO Enterprise Telecom Product sales through Tele-calling and Field visit. Corporate Telecom Products Like : Internet Lease Line, Broadband, Corporate COCP, Managed Wifi, Cloud Products.
We will Provide Training on these products.
Location : Bhubaneswar
Sales Area : All Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Tele-calling:

  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective corporate clients to introduce Jio’s enterprise services.

  • Identify potential business customers through online research, databases, references, and field mapping.

  • Explain product offerings, understand customer needs, and schedule meetings for further discussions.

2. Field Sales and Client Visits:

  • Visit prospective clients in person to understand their business requirements.

  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and service consultations.

  • Present proposals and quotations tailored to each client’s telecom infrastructure and usage needs.

  • Build relationships with decision-makers such as IT Managers, Admin Heads, and Procurement Officers.

3. Product Knowledge and Consultation:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jio’s enterprise product portfolio including technical features and commercial benefits.

  • Recommend appropriate solutions (e.g., leased line bandwidth, COCP plans, or managed Wi-Fi) based on customer’s size, usage, and industry.

  • Assist clients with questions related to implementation, pricing, installation timelines, and service support.

4. Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager or Zonal Head.

  • Track and report daily call logs, meetings, proposals sent, and deals closed.

  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into active customers.

5. Customer Onboarding and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (network, service delivery, and support) to ensure timely execution of orders.

  • Support new clients during the onboarding process and ensure a smooth handover to the support team.

  • Collect documentation, KYC, and authorization letters required for service activation.

6. Reporting and CRM Management:

  • Update daily activities, pipeline status, and prospect details in the CRM system or sales tracker.

  • Provide weekly progress reports and highlight any customer issues or competitive threats.

  • Share client feedback to improve service offerings and product positioning.
