Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Prospecting:

Proactively identify new sales opportunities through:

Cold calling

Field visits

Online platforms

Networking

Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and maintain a database of leads.
2. Customer Engagement:

Approach prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand customer requirements and recommend the best product or service.

Offer personalized consultation to address client pain points and present tailored solutions.
3. Sales Conversion:

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to both existing and prospective customers.

Negotiate terms of sale, prices, and credit terms, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Close sales deals and ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
4. Relationship Building & Customer Retention:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide after-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle queries, complaints, or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
5. Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Conduct product demonstrations or presentations when required.

Communicate new product developments to customers.
6. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share them with the reporting manager.

Use CRM tools or company databases to manage customer profiles and lead statuses.
7. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and promotional alignment.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve product offerings and services.
