Designation: Sales Executive (Automobile Sales)
Locations Hiring:
As a Sales Executive at Cresco Maruti Suzuki, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Maruti Suzuki’s range of vehicles (Arena & Nexa) by providing excellent customer service, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage with potential customers visiting the showroom and through field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain financing options, insurance, and accessories to customers.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets as per company standards.
- Ensure proper documentation for vehicle sales, loans, and insurance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge about Maruti Suzuki’s product range, features, and competitor offerings.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma / +2 with relevant experience.
- Experience: 0–3 years (freshers with passion for sales are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Passion for automobiles and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
