Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, walk-ins, and market research.

Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently.

Visit potential customers (in the field or remotely) to introduce products/services and assess requirements.
2. Client Relationship Management

Develop trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Provide after-sales support and assist with issue resolution or product concerns.
3. Sales Conversion

Demonstrate and present products/services to prospective clients either face-to-face or virtually.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, or product demos.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in alignment with company policy.

Close sales effectively to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
4. Product Knowledge & Presentation

Stay up to date with product features, specifications, and competitive advantages.

Confidently explain technical or functional aspects of the offerings.

Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product positioning and development.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or reporting templates.

Generate regular sales reports and updates for team leaders and management.

Track and monitor performance against targets and KPIs.
6. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Share insights and feedback from the market to help improve marketing campaigns and product offerings.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brainstorming discussions.
