Job Role and Responsibilities
- Demat & Trading Account Opening
- Personalized services to the clients ( Equity & commodity)
- Daily Market updates & Knowledge updation to the individual Clients
- Mobile App updation & Daily website updation

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Opening & Client Acquisition

Initiate and close the process of opening Demat and Trading accounts for retail and HNI clients.

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, references, digital platforms, and walk-ins.

Guide clients through the KYC and documentation process (physical and digital onboarding).

Ensure accurate and compliant processing of account opening forms.
2. Personalized Client Service
-
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, offering assistance for transactions, app usage, and investment queries.

Recommend appropriate investment strategies based on client profiles, risk appetite, and financial goals.

Offer personalized services for both equity and commodity market segments.

Assist clients in navigating trading platforms and investment apps.
3. Market Knowledge & Updates
-
Provide clients with regular updates on stock market trends, equity movements, commodities news, and trading opportunities.

Share daily market reports, insights, and educational content via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone calls.

Explain new IPOs, government policies, or SEBI announcements relevant to traders/investors.
4. Digital Platform Management
-
Guide and support clients in downloading and using the company’s mobile trading app and web portal.

Ensure client portfolios are updated regularly through the mobile app.

Maintain a clean and current digital profile for clients, including app usage, login activity, and support needs.
5. Cross-Selling & Relationship Management

Promote and cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and PMS to active clients.

Ensure high client retention through proactive service and regular engagement.

Collect and act upon client feedback to improve experience and loyalty.
