Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales of residential and commercial plots. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, site visits, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online marketing, and field visits.

Convert inquiries into site visits and sales.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and brokers.
Client Engagement & Consultation

Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.

Present available plots, pricing, and investment benefits to clients.

Assist in legal documentation, agreement formalities, and loan assistance.
Site Visits & Deal Closure

Organize and accompany clients for site visits.

Negotiate prices, offers, and payment plans to close deals.

Ensure a smooth transaction process and customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Reporting

Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new projects.

Provide daily and weekly reports on sales progress and lead status.
