Job Description
Experience: Freshers or Experienced
Male candidates preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹ 12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month +TA/DA + Exciting incentives
4-wheeler driving license mandatory
Job Locations : Karamana, PMG, Nedumangaud, Attingal
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.

Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
-
Use CRM systems or databases to manage customer information and follow-up activities.
2. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Present and explain products or services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Conduct on-site visits, online demos, or meetings to demonstrate product value.

Customize presentations based on client requirements and market demand.
-
Highlight product benefits, USPs (unique selling propositions), and competitive advantages.
3. Negotiation and Closing:

Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other contract conditions.

Work closely with internal departments (finance, logistics, technical) to ensure smooth deal execution.

Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Provide after-sales support and address client concerns or complaints promptly.

Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.

Encourage repeat business and referrals through quality service and trust-building.
5. Reporting and Sales Analysis:

Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.

Track personal and team performance against targets and KPIs.

Submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager or management team.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and branding efforts.

Participate in sales training sessions, product workshops, and company meetings.

Share insights, leads, or customer intelligence with other team members for collective growth.

Support junior sales staff or new team members when needed.
