Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services to drive sales and revenue growth.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Contact and qualify prospective clients, providing property details.
Conduct property tours, ensuring safety during transportation.
Collaborate with marketing for sales strategies and promotions.
Guide clients through the sales process, including documentation.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Attend industry events to expand the client base.
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance sales strategies.
Skills:
