  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including calls, meetings, leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or sales trackers.

  • Market Research: Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends. Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to deliver seamless service and customer satisfaction.

  • After-Sales Support: Ensure a smooth post-sales process including onboarding, troubleshooting, and addressing customer concerns when necessary.
