Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the prospect’s business needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in alignment with company policies.

Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Product Knowledge and Market Awareness

Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

Stay updated on competitor offerings and market conditions to identify areas of competitive advantage.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client needs and market demands.

Reporting and Analysis

Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM or sales tracking software.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Coordinate with marketing to align promotional strategies and lead generation efforts.
