We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.

Present and demonstrate products/services to clients, highlighting their value proposition.

Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, ensuring that terms are beneficial for both parties.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively answer customer questions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Keep accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback in CRM systems.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role., Freshers can also apply.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients quickly.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
