Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle field sales as well as our direct clients. We welcome energetic and enthusiastic individuals—fresher or experienced—preferably with a background or interest in the camera and imaging segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Product Consultation

Greet and interact with walk-in and online customers professionally and warmly.

Understand customers' needs, skill level, and usage to recommend suitable camera gear, accessories, and bundles.

Explain technical specifications and comparisons between different camera models (e.g., DSLR vs. mirrorless), brands, and accessories.
2. Product Demonstration & Sales

Conduct live demos of cameras, lenses, lighting, and related imaging products.

Showcase key features such as autofocus, image quality, ISO performance, video capabilities, and usage scenarios.

Encourage upselling and cross-selling (e.g., recommending tripods, memory cards, lenses, lighting gear).
3. Technical Support & After-Sales Guidance

Guide customers in basic camera setup, menu navigation, and usage tips.

Troubleshoot common customer issues or queries related to gear, compatibility, or maintenance.

Provide after-sales assistance and coordinate with service teams for repairs or warranty issues.
4. Inventory & Merchandising

Assist in stock management, price tagging, and display arrangement for cameras, drones, audio gear, and accessories.

Keep the product display area clean, organized, and attractive.

Notify supervisors about low stock, customer trends, or product feedback.
5. Reporting & CRM Maintenance

Record all customer details, product interests, and sales in the system or CRM tool.

Follow up with potential leads or existing customers for repeat purchases or service reminders.

Share daily/weekly reports on sales performance, footfall, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream. A diploma or certification in Photography, Mass Media, or Electronics is a plus.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language.

Basic knowledge of digital cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, compact), lenses, and imaging accessories.

Familiarity with major brands like Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic, GoPro, and DJI.

Proficiency in using social media or photography apps (Instagram, YouTube, Lightroom, etc.) is a bonus.

Customer-first mindset and a confident, friendly personality.
