Sales Executive
Job Description
Ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills to convert sales leads.
Ability to communicate and understand costumer needs and provide product based on it.
A good communication is the skill we are looking for in candidate. A fresher is a good fit if He/She can communicate well.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential customers through cold calling, online research, networking, and referrals.

Visit local businesses, markets, or households to promote offerings (if applicable).

Create and maintain a database of prospective and existing customers.
2. Sales Presentations & Product Promotion:

Explain product or service features and benefits to clients in a convincing manner.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, or site visits (as needed).

Answer questions about pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
3. Closing Sales:
-
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet individual and team sales goals.

Collect necessary documentation and payments as per the process.

Prepare sales agreements or contracts, if required.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with clients for future business opportunities.

Provide post-sale support and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Maintain contact with customers for feedback and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
5. Coordination and Reporting:
-
Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, customer service, or accounts to ensure smooth delivery and billing.

Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client information in CRM or software systems.
-
Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to the reporting manager.
