Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and research potential clients in the elevator and escalator market.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their vertical transportation requirements.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of Febrol Lift products and services.
    • Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Close sales deals and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
  • Customer Support:

    • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
