Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Industry: BFSI / Fintech
Location: Mumbai (Specific localities within 5-7km radius)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 Net Take Home (NTH)

Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to drive merchant acquisition for our digital payment products and banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard merchants for POS Machines and Sound Box solutions.

• Promote and open Current Accounts (CA) for business owners.

• Conduct field visits within the assigned 5–7 km radius to identify potential leads.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for product deployment.

Requirements:

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in BFSI, Telecom, or Fintech sales is a plus.

• Age: Up to 30 years.

• Skills: Strong communication, persistence, and field sales aptitude.

• Note: Owning a bike is not mandatory.
