Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, field visits, online channels, or referrals.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and secure repeat business.

Address customer queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge:

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services, pricing, and competitive positioning.

Stay updated on new product launches, market trends, and promotional campaigns.

Provide accurate information and demonstrations to help customers make informed decisions.
4. Sales Planning and Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports outlining achieved targets, lead status, and future action plans.

Maintain records of client interactions, meetings, and negotiations using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Coordinate with the sales manager and other team members to achieve group goals.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities, new markets, or potential clients.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.

Provide feedback from the field to the product or marketing teams.
6. Team Collaboration:

Work with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and deliverables.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
