Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
3. Sales Negotiation & Closing Deals

Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals profitably.

Follow up with clients to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis & Feedback

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Provide feedback to management regarding product performance, customer preferences, and market opportunities.

Suggest improvements in product offerings, pricing strategies, or sales tactics.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.

Track performance against sales targets and KPIs.

Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
