Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients
Pitch our digital marketing services clearly and confidently
Follow up on leads and maintain active client communication
Submit daily outreach and performance reports
Maintain leads and records via Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English preferred)
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets for communication and reporting

Sales and Commercial Acumen:

Understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.

Ability to identify buying signals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Communication and Negotiation:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to clearly explain products/services and negotiate effectively with clients.

Active listening skills to understand client requirements and tailor responses accordingly.
Customer Orientation:

A proactive, service-minded attitude focused on building customer trust and satisfaction.

Ability to handle client objections, complaints, or delays with professionalism.
Organizational and Reporting Skills:

Good time management and task prioritization abilities.

Capable of maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities and results.
Tech and Tool Usage:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Comfortable using smartphones, apps, email, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
