Job Description:-
The incumbent would also be responsible for the following:-
•Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated [in case of Tele-Appointment / Renewal] or cold-knocking [in case of Door-to-Door]
• Conducting appliance health checkup and demo of appliances
• Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers
• Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any
• To incite customers for exchange of their old appliances  

Any other Requirements – Bike is preferred for this role.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and CRM tools.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
