Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.'
Sales & Business Development :Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. Present insurance proposals and close sales effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated with insurance products, underwriting rules, and market trends. Maintain knowledge of offerings from various insurance providers.
Coordination & Compliance: Collaborate with internal departments for smooth client servicing. Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads, sales, and client interactions. Submit regular reports on performance and market insights.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
