Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties that align with client needs and preferences.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the buying and selling process.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and exceptional client experiences.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

• Stay current on industry best practices, regulations, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

• Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.  

• Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.
