Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties that align with client needs and preferences.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized guidance and support throughout the buying and selling process.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and exceptional client experiences.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Stay current on industry best practices, regulations, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.
