**As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a vital role in achieving our ambitious goal of reaching 100 crores in revenue within the next couple of years.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
- Develop a deep understanding of our range of Wooden Pallets products and their applications.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate our products to clients in a compelling and informative manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring they align with the company's pricing and profitability guidelines.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve the 100 crores revenue goal.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
