Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team and handle the sales of polycarbonate sheets and plastic masterbatches to industrial and business clients. This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting field visits, pitching products to businesses, and ensuring timely follow-ups and order closures.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B or industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients in the manufacturing and plastic processing industries. A two-wheeler is required for this position as the role involves frequent travel within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Sales and Client Acquisition

Identify and approach new clients in the plastic processing, construction, signage, or manufacturing sectors who use polycarbonate sheets or plastic masterbatches.

Generate sales leads through field visits, market research, industry contacts, and referrals.

Conduct cold calls and site visits to explain product features and gather client requirements.
2. Product Promotion and Demonstration

Explain the technical specifications and advantages of polycarbonate sheets and various grades of masterbatches to clients.

Share product samples, catalogs, pricing, and customized solutions based on customer needs.

Highlight value-added benefits like UV resistance, durability, flame retardancy, or color stability as per industry demands.
3. Order Follow-Up and Closure

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers in coordination with the sales manager.

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.

Ensure proper documentation for quotations, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations.
4. Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and cross-selling.

Handle post-sales follow-up and customer service queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Build rapport with dealers, distributors, contractors, OEMs, and plant managers.
5. Territory Coverage & Travel

Travel to client locations across the assigned territory using own two-wheeler.

Maintain a daily/weekly/monthly schedule for visits, meetings, and reporting.

Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade fairs when required.
6. Reporting & CRM Maintenance

Update lead status, visit reports, follow-ups, and order pipeline in CRM or reporting formats.

Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.

Prepare monthly sales reports and help in achieving regional sales targets.
