Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote and sell our courier and shipping services by building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves prospecting potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills along with a strong drive to achieve results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for courier and shipping services.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

Understand client needs and suggest suitable logistics solutions.
2. Sales Presentations & Proposal Preparation

Present company services and solutions to potential clients effectively.

Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and pricing presentations based on customer requirements.

Highlight competitive advantages and service benefits to maximize conversions.
3. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure

Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and delivery timelines with clients.

Ensure mutually beneficial terms while maintaining company profitability.

Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and escalations.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing service-related issues promptly.

Regularly update clients on new offers, service enhancements, and company policies.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams

Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

6. Market Analysis & Reporting
