Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales targets.

Identify target markets and customer segments to focus on.

Create and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to specific clients.

Forecast sales numbers and track progress against targets.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads.

Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries from various marketing efforts.

Build a strong pipeline of prospects and maintain regular contact with them.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to nurture relationships.

Negotiation & Closing Sales:

Engage in contract negotiation with clients, addressing pricing, terms, and conditions.

Close sales deals and ensure the finalization of contracts.

Meet or exceed set sales quotas and performance metrics.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.

Present product or service benefits in a compelling manner to potential clients.

Stay up to date with competitor products, market conditions, and industry developments.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.

Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in sales campaigns and promotions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
