Job Description
Kasavumaalika Textile Store & Spicemark Spices Store Location: Thiruvallam, Trivandrum
Are you an energetic and customer-focused individual with a passion for textiles and spices? Kasavumaalika Textiles and Spicemark Spices in Thiruvallam, Trivandrum, is looking for a dedicated Female Sales Executive to join our team and provide excellent service across both our unique stores.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales: Warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and effectively present and sell products from both the textile and spice stores.
Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the textile range (including fabrics, traditional wear, and store specialties) and the spice inventory (including origins, uses, and quality specifications).
Store Operations: Assist with arranging and displaying merchandise, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and accurately processing sales transactions.
Inventory Assistance: Help with stock checking, receiving new inventory, and ensuring all products are correctly priced and labeled.
Communication: Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to customers, ensuring a positive and informative shopping experience.
Essential Product Knowledge: Must possess good knowledge of textiles and spices.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory for serving our diverse customer base. Knowledge of Malayalam is highly desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales role is a plus, but motivated freshers with the required knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Soft Skills: Must be a proactive, friendly, and reliable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position: Female Sales Executive
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Shift rotation may be required, details will be discussed during the interview).
Starting Salary: ₹9,000 (Nine Thousand Rupees) per month.
Location: Thiruvallam, Trivandrum.
