Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and promote Kay Events' services and solutions to prospective clients through persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotes in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and serve as a trusted advisor and resource.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
