Job Description

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive who can connect with small business owners, shopkeepers, freelancers, and startups to offer website development services.
This is a 100% commission-based role, perfect for students, and freelancers who want flexible work and unlimited income potential.
Commission Only – No Fixed Salary
  • 20% commission on sales below ₹20,000
  • 15% commission on sales between ₹20,000–₹50,000
  • 10% commission on sales above ₹50,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Outreach

  • Identify and research potential customers including local businesses, retail shops, freelancers, and startup founders.

  • Conduct field visits, market mapping, and cold calling to generate leads.

  • Use digital platforms such as social media, WhatsApp, email, and professional networks to reach new prospects.

  • Attend local business meetups, startup events, and exhibitions to network with potential clients.

2. Sales Presentations and Consultations

  • Approach and engage business owners to understand their digital needs and explain the benefits of having a website.

  • Conduct product demonstrations using a tablet/laptop or printed brochures.

  • Explain website packages (static, dynamic, e-commerce, portfolio sites) and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Communicate technical features in a simple, benefit-focused manner that resonates with non-tech-savvy clients.

3. Closing Sales and Onboarding Clients

  • Send quotations, proposals, and follow up consistently with interested prospects.

  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing within defined limits.

  • Collect necessary client information (business name, services, content, logo, etc.) to begin project onboarding.

  • Coordinate with the development/design team to ensure smooth handover of project briefs.

4. Relationship Building and Customer Success

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities (e.g., SEO, digital marketing, maintenance).

  • Provide after-sales support in coordination with technical teams.

  • Build trust and long-term relationships by offering excellent service and responsiveness.

5. Reporting and CRM Management

  • Maintain records of prospects, meetings, calls, and sales status using CRM software or spreadsheets.

  • Submit weekly reports detailing targets, conversions, follow-ups, and feedback.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to the marketing and product development teams.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, persuasive, and confident approach in field or phone interactions

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms

  • Negotiation and deal-closing abilities
