Job Description
This is an opportunity to work with an early-stage fast and dynamic team chasing high goals.
Prior experience in selling Ed-tech products to students is preferable.
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate courses
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ products and pricing
- Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a B2C environment
- Experience selling online programs, tech programs, or other educational products is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
