Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation and Business Development

Identify and research potential clients through various sources including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

Reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into successful deals.

Promote and sell company products/services based on customer needs and preferences.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support.

Understand customer requirements and tailor sales presentations accordingly.

Manage follow-ups and renewals while ensuring a high level of customer retention.
Sales Presentations and Negotiation

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings both in person and virtually.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing structures aligned with company policies.

Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
Market Intelligence and Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Collect and analyze data to improve lead generation and sales performance.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Provide insights to improve marketing and product development strategies.
Administrative and Operational Support

Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate client information and communication logs.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and execution of client orders.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
