Job Description

We at ME - HR currently hiring for the sales executive position.

Location- Pune ( on - site)

Years of Experience- 1-2 years.

Role Description: Sales executive will be developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications:

Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Knowledge of HR processes and services

Experience in the HR industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

2. Sales & Business Development

Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
