Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to close sales deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and decision-makers.
2. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Explain the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product/service.
- Address customer queries and provide customized solutions.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Handle price negotiations and contract discussions.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Process orders and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery or service team.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for product/service improvement.
- Maintain a database of clients using CRM software.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.
