Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Sales and Business Development

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and lead follow-ups.

Promote and sell products or services directly to customers based on their needs and preferences.

2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Understand the specific needs and preferences of each customer and offer tailored solutions.

Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
3. Achieving Sales Targets

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.

Execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue within the assigned territory or customer segment.

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity using CRM tools and submit reports as required.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Gather feedback from the field to inform product development and improve customer offerings.

Identify new market segments or geographical areas for potential growth.
5. Reporting and Documentation

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and closed deals.

Submit detailed reports on performance metrics, challenges faced, and customer insights to management.
