Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation:

Identify new sales opportunities by researching potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers using CRM software or other lead management tools.

Respond to incoming inquiries and convert them into potential sales.
2. Product/Service Presentation:

Present and promote the company’s products or services to prospective customers in a professional and persuasive manner.

Conduct detailed product demonstrations, provide relevant brochures and catalogs, and highlight key features and benefits based on customer requirements.

Assist customers in selecting the best product or service that fits their needs and budget.
3. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.

Follow up with leads to ensure timely closure of sales deals.

Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close deals effectively.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase customer retention and encourage referrals.

Ensure timely follow-up after sales to confirm satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Act as the point of contact for customers for any after-sales support or service requirements.
5. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor products and pricing.

Share insights with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.

Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams to improve product offerings and customer service.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales leads, sales numbers, and customer complaints or concerns.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Use CRM systems and other digital tools to track client data and interactions effectively.
7. Promotional and Marketing Activities:

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches to generate awareness and leads.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, product placements, and offers.

Distribute promotional materials and ensure correct product displays if working in a retail environment.
