Job Description

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner.

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales.

Maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

Assist in restocking merchandise, including unpacking shipments, tagging products, and replenishing shelves.

Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.

Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and special events to effectively promote and sell products.

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, exchanges, and customer interactions.

Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
