Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will assist clients in opening and managing demat accounts, provide investment guidance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with demat account opening and documentation.
- Educate clients on account features and investment options.
- Address client queries, transactions, and account maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling financial products.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist in issue resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service or sales (preferably in financial services).
- Knowledge of demat operations, securities market, and investment products.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; NISM certification is a plus.
