Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand the challenges and goals of potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospects, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demand.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 6 months to 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
