Job Description:
Money Tree Realty Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Executive for its flagship residential project Lavana Heights in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals—freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls, walk-ins, field visits, and social platforms.
Present property details and benefits effectively to clients
Coordinate and conduct project/site visits.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist customers through the booking process.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and visits.
Meet monthly sales targets under guidance from the team leader.
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Must have good communication and convincing skills
Interest in the real estate industry or customer-facing roles.
Basic understanding of sales, client handling, or property marketing (training will be provided).
Local candidates from Lucknow or nearby areas preferred
Two-wheeler and smartphone would be an advantage.
